March, 2011

In March 2011 Auto - motor Corporation representing Citroen in Bulgaria presented the new Citroen C4 to the journalists and dealers in Club-Hotel Yanakiev.  
 

July, 2010

From 9 to 12 of July for a first time in Bulgaria a WRC rally was organized. The rally was open by the Minister of Sport of Bulgaria Mr. S. Neikov on the sport stadium of the town of Samokov. Christian Lob – six time world champion win the rally. The Citroen team has been invited for a short visit to Club-Hotel Yanakiev. The guests were taken through the small family photo-exhibition about Yanakiev’s (father and son) participation in the automobile sport.
 

June, 2010

In June 2010 the first wedding ceremony took place in the Chapel Saint George of the hotel. The English guests and the couple enjoyed the hospitality of our hotel.  

November, 2009

In November 2009 Mr. Jean Tott, the newly appointed president of FIA visited Bulgaria.
During the visit he came to Borovetz to see the conditions and the preparation for the WRC Rally in 2010. He was accommodated in Club-Hotel Yanakiev and surprised the participants of Hilty team – building session with his presence.
